You do not need to sign in or open the app. Submit the form below and the LoveHoro support team will contact you to verify account ownership before any data is deleted.
How it works / ขั้นตอนการดำเนินการ
- Provide at least one identifier for the LoveHoro mobile account.
- LoveHoro support verifies that you own the account.
- After verification, the team processes the deletion and confirms the outcome.
Data covered by the request
After ownership verification, LoveHoro soft-deletes the mobile account as follows:
- Username, name, display name, mobile number, and LINE identity fields are anonymized or unlinked.
- Linked mobile identity credentials are scrambled, all API tokens are revoked, and push-device tokens are disabled.
- The canonical user row remains disabled so it cannot be reclaimed through the old mobile identity.
Relational history that is preserved
The canonical user row and relational history, including transactions, readings, wallets, and logs, remain intact to preserve historical and financial integrity. Account identifiers are anonymized and access is revoked. Payment slips and transaction records may be retained for 5 years as required by accounting and tax law, while security logs and backups are retained for 90 days.
